THE DESIGNER

Troy Fowler's career began in 1991 with a residential design and custom home building firm. Success came from giving his customers an alternative to the typical cookie-cutter homes found in most developments. This time also gave Troy valuable exposure to both the practical and custom design aspects of home building.

Through extensive training in the field and office, Troy has learned firsthand the importance of hard work and practical knowledge. Open communication is central to an enjoyable and effective building experience. This is an area to which Troy pays specific attention.

COMPANY HISTORY

Troy opened Skyline Homes & Design in 1997. Since then, he and his design team have combined technical knowledge and expertise to help clients build their dream homes. By bringing a talent for design and aesthetic continuity to the construction process, Troy carefully evaluates each client's lifestyle before recommending a custom plan. Troy prides himself on his broad repertoire of styles and functional designs. A practical understanding of building enables a smooth construction process. This combination of inventive design and practical know-how separates him from the competition.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Over the last seven years, Skyline Homes & Design has designed a number of homes for the Street of Dreams and the Street of New Beginnings. Volunteer work includes framing houses for Habitat for Humanity and designing and building tree and playhouses for the charitable organization Playhouse Projects.
